I have been working on transcribing the spreadsheet into the working document. I believe that I have finished the unversioned-unformatted section. There are several open issues here. I have completed the core information and provenance and change sections for the versioned-unformatted section. I have raised a question here about why we suggest using one of two predicates for pointing to source datasets.
