A boolean is good enough to set a class from:

Class: OpenLicenseData
EquivalentClass: hasOpenLicense value true

Class: ClosedLicenseData
EquivalentClass: hasOpenLicense value false

It makes the properties more specific, sure, but it's more than enough to
go on in many situations.
