Sure, give a me a sensible suggestion and I'll take it. Given recent discussions (you can post as well as retrieve) I'm not sure the original suggestion `var request` makes sense.

It's not as if that were crucially important either... Me, I'd call it 'fraggleRock', but if you want to be totally sure to have a variable name that describes what it points to, call it 'xhr'.
