In recent editor drafts this has been changed to GET, POST, PUT, DELETE
and HEAD. All others should be supported, but are not explicitly listed.
I'd like to add that one of the reasons for talking about this at all is
to *prevent* people from only supporting GET/HEAD/POST .-)
