1) you seem to use ", editor" or ", editors" which is good but you
haven't done it in all references
Added for the XML specifications. Not for RFC2119 (as the guy is not the
editor).
2) sometimes you use "W3C" or "World Wide Web Consortium"
Changed one occurance of World Wide ... to W3C.
3) you don't have to prefix with "RFC 2119: " the tiltle of the spec
to be consistent with other refs
Removed the prefix.
