Hi, Cameron-
Thanks for your suggested wording. I've updated v1.10 of the spec in CVS to incorporate your changes, used "attribute" throughout, and made some editorial fixes.

Hi. In ElementTraversal section 2, there is this sentence: The ElementTraversal interface is a set of properties on the Element object, which allow an author to easily navigate between elements. This isn’t really accurate. I think this should be changed to: ElementTraversal is an interface with a set of attributes, which allow an author to easily navigate between elements in a document. In conforming implementations of ElementTraversal, all objects that implement Element must also implement ElementTraversal.
