Hi. The interface for StorageEvent defines initStorageEvent() and initStorageEventNS(). For these functions to be of any use, there must be a way to create new event objects, and that way is using document.createEvent. However, there is no reference to document.createEvent in the entire webstorage spec. Should document.createEvent be extended ?
