I have no idea how this is administered. Apparently, ArtB and
MikeSmith both have edited the page and so there must be a way for
others to edit this as well.

I think the magic has already been done such that Jeremy can edit
WebApps' wiki. If that is not true, then let's take this off-list and
make it happen.
