thanks to Mike and the Google guys, we have

which explains what an IME API would do and why it would be useful. I
believe we have editors but it doesn't name a test facilitator (don't
blame me, Art chose that as the name ;) ) and we need one. I am assuming
that will be forthcoming, so this is a formal call for Consensus to add
this item to the charter.
Silence will be considered assent, positive response is preferred, and the
deadline is the end of Tuesday 14th February.
