Except that this is probably the wrong design for Geolocation as it encourages requesting the location outside of the user's logical action flow — an input-type approach would have made more sense in this case. This sort of UI can sometimes make sense, but people shouldn't just copy off Geolocation and expect to the right.

Of course, an upfront dialog would only make that worse.
