Dear CA-Browser Forum members:

Bruce Morton, Chris Bailey, and I want to announce a big change in our
companies' operations.

Trend Micro and Entrust just announced a new collaboration to provide
comprehensive data security to enterprises through strong data encryption and
authentication technology. As part of this, Trend Micro will be transferring
its SSL business assets including roots and SSL customers to Entrust in late
April or early May, but will continue as an SSL reseller. Chris Bailey and I
will move to Entrust and begin working with Bruce Morton at that time.

See the following press release for more information.

Chris and I look forward to our continued participation with you in the work of
the Forum!
