The CCADB update to enhance non-audit document (e.g., policy documents) records to start including the CA Owner as a part of the unique key is now complete. This update changed the non-audit document program to include the CA Owner as part of the unique key. Prior to the release of this enhancement, we used a combination of Document Type, Document URL, and Last Update Date to form the unique key. Post-release, the key will additionally incorporate the CA Owner. For externally-operated CAs, this will prevent two different CA Owners from inadvertently overwriting the same non-audit document.
