All,

On August 6, 2026, we began a six-week public discussion[1] on requests by
eMudhra Technologies Limited (“eMudhra”) to include the following root
certificates in one or more root programs participating in the CCADB
project:

emSign Root Client Auth CA - G1

emSign Root Client Auth CA - G3

emSign Root CS CA - G2

emSign Root CS CA - G3

emSign Root SMIME CA - G1

emSign Root SMIME CA - G3

emSign Root TLS CA - G1

emSign Root TLS CA - G3

emSign Root TSA CA - G2

emSign Root TSA CA - G3

The public discussion period ended on September 17, 2026.

We did not receive any objections or comments in opposition to eMudhra’s
requests. We thank the community for its review and consideration during
this period. Root Store Programs will make final inclusion decisions
independently, on their own timelines, and based on each Root Store
Operator’s inclusion criteria. Further discussion may take place in the
independently managed Root Store community forums.
