FWIW I'm questioning the position that verbatim tags aren't translatable. You'd put the output of a command in a screen, lots of commands have localised output, surely if localised is available it should be translated? e.g. wget --help VS. LANG=ja_JP wget --help Maybe the position that verbatim tags aren't translatable is flat out wrong? Discuss!
