as a test, i created one each of a new Book, Article and Set, and
ch 3 in the user guide suggests that the directory structure created
would have an images/ directory, with an icon.svg file. the images/
directory is there, but is empty. so what is the user guide trying to
say? (this is publican on ubuntu 10.04.)
