I had a chat with Darren yesterday and it turns out the DocBook XSL has
a trick for doing this, it replaces the text with '???', but it requires
that validation be disabled.
I'll probably be adding a --novalid option or something to the command
line to make Publican skip the validation step to allow l building of
invalid content ... probably lead to weird errors ... we call that "fun"
people!
