Hi Jeff,
I've quickly gone through.
This pdf looks better than current pdf :-)
A few findings.
* Japanese looks correctly shown up
* The department name where the author belongs shows wrong information
(see for Cantrell David, he belongs to 'VNC インストール' - 'VNC
installation' in English).
* The margins of top and bottom looks narrow in the screen. (I have not
tried to actually print out though)
