I agree but the law MIGHT look differently at "transforming and
redistributing" as opposed to a browser(client) rendering an HTML page,
which is a common transformation.

Could I take HTML pages and optiimize them for mobile and distribute them to
my iphone app customers? Is that still facilitative? Or maybe I don't
transform them at all but MY rendering engine interprets quite differently.
Can I strip a bold tag from the entry because my users asked for plain text?

Only law can tell. That's why I don't think it belongs in the spec.
