[pudge] Extending and overriding template/css themes

Is there a way to override or extend the existing CSS and templates  
that Pudge makes for a theme?

For example, I'd like to be able to drop the new css file into my  
docs/ dir and have it used instead of an existing file by that name  
that the theme comes with.
