<http://localhost:8000/api/v3/repositories/foo/publishers/example/bar/publications/> AFAIK, the form of this URL is: scheme://netloc/api/v3/repositories/{repository_id}/publishers/example/{publisher_id}/publications/. Is "example" supposed to be in this URL? I don't see what purpose it serves.
