The items in red are items that fall into 3 categories: not implemented, not going to be implemented, or needs discussion to figure what the words mean.
We discussed the items in red during our check-in call this morning. We were able to determine that some of these items will not be implemented and I will be removing them from the document shortly. The items related to documentation will remain in red until that documentation is written. A couple of items related to ChangeSets need input from Jeff next week. I'll send a follow up note once I have updated the document.
