Pulp currently does not have a Maven plugin, which is what Java packages would need. So as a user today, you couldn't do that until a Maven plugin is created for Pulp3. Pulp2 is not having new plugins made for it, so Pulp3 is where it would happen. Is developing a Maven plugin an effort you are interested in? Is there some way you could contribute to it?
