Plugin developers,

In order to avoid frequent confusion between pulp-ansible & ansible-pulp,
we have renamed ansible-pulp to pulp_installer. [1] [2]

However, in order for pulplift to continue to work, you must run the
following example commands:

$ cd pulplift
$ git pull --rebase
$ git submodule update --init
$ rm -rf ansible-pulp # cleanup only, and at your leisure if you have vars
files under it for example

We apologize for the inconvenience, but believe this will lead to less
hassle overall for all pulp developers & users.
