A new version of black was released which has fixed some of our docstring and made a change to how trailing commas are handled. I've fixed a few of the plugins (pulp_file, pulp_ansible, etc) but the biggest change was in pulpcore[0]. I don't think it'll create too many conflicts but I wanted to give people a heads up before I merge it. If there are no objections, I plan to merge on September 2nd.
