Pulp Community Release 10 is available.

Builds:

* Pulp: 0.170
* Grinder: 0.94
* Gofer: 0.33

Notes:

 * Run 'pulp-migrate' to upgrade to latest DB.

 * Added Pulp -> CDS shared secret authentication [1].

 * Repository authentication has been added, allowing repos to be protected on a
   global or per repo basis. The necessary authentication information is
communicated CDS
   instances as well. However, consumer bind operations do not yet download the
necessary
   entitlement certificate data from the repo configuration, so manual steps
will need to
   be taken to configure the consumer repo definitions to send the appropriate
   certificate information..

 * Added task scheduling [3].

 * Limiting the bandwidth[4] consumed by a repository synchronization has been
added.
   The bandwidth may be specified in the pulp configuration file as a general
setting as
   well as adjusted on a per operation basis by passing a --limit or --threads
parameter
   to the repo sync CLI command.

 * Removed Pulp RPM Dependencies on:
   - qpid-cpp-server-store
   - qpid-cpp-server-ssl

 * Pulp now has a per repo lock to prevent multiple syncs on the same repo at
the
    same time.

 * Fixed 40 bugs [5].
