I just checked and there is a DB upgrade script that should have made that change for you. Though I'm also a little confused since you shouldn't have even been able to start the server without upgrading the database.
The upgrade script is seven.py if someone else wants to take a quick peek and let me know if I'm missing something, but it looks like it should cover this.
