That is the correct URL but the issue might not be resolved, depending on your answer to this question:
Had you ever adjusted the permissions on that path, or was this a stock installation?
If it was a stock installation, I think we have to fix our RPM builds to adjust that path to the correct permissions. Thanks so much!
