Hmmm. Perhaps it would be valuable to ensure that the apache user can write there? I briefly wondered if it could be an selinux issue since you are using NFS, but I suspect you'd get a permission denied error instead of "Reader can't store", but I'm not 100% sure of that. Does anyone else have any ideas on this issue?
