pulp_deb version 2.10.0 [0] has been released.
It is compatible with pulpcore 3.10 and pulpcore 3.11.

Have a look at the release notes [1] for changes.
You can check the known issues [2] (and open new ones).

IMPORTANT:
Starting with pulpcore 3.11, the MD5 checksum algorithm will be disabled by 
default [3].
Providing MD5 checksums in repository metadata is almost universal practice 
within the APT ecosystem.
According to the Debian wiki it is "highly recommended" [4].
For instructions on re-enabling MD5, or otherwise handling this change, see the 
new workflow documentation [5].
