pulp_rpm 3.13.1 has been released. It is compatible with pulpcore 3.13 and the upcoming pulpcore 3.14.
This release fixes two critical bugs in the 3.13.0 release which caused some repositories to fail to be synced, or be synced improperly. If you have already updated to 3.13.0, please upgrade to 3.13.1 as soon as you are able.
