Are you confusing the information across a reboot? I don't really know where
you are pulling those data from so I cannot comment on whether they are or are
not being compared across a reboot.
Yes, it would have been good if all of the information were from a single
consistent boot instance, but real-life requires that issues be resolved (one
way or another) while a problem might be getting debugged over a period of days
or weeks.
