I'd like to rescind this RFE because:
a) It was poorly implemented. I completely overlooked
pa_modargs_get_proplist() which would be a much cleaner way of doing this.
b) I also overlooked PULSE_PROP_OVERRIDE and friends, which do pretty much the
same thing.
