BTW. Some people seem to assume that I as the author PA do believe
that the native PA API is the best thing ever invented. Be assured: I
don't think so. It is powerful, and not redundant, but it is
admittedly hard to use due to its asynchronous nature.

However, I do have a plan to fix this.
