That is such a cool cheap hack! I had figured it would be a cold day
that you could route KDE event sounds through Pulse correctly
That day will come soon I hope.
I've got a fair few other things to do at the groundwork level but then
the KDE hacking begins and I don't think that will be too difficult once
I get started... time will tell tho' :)
Hope the hack works in the mean time...
