#419: Hidden bluetooth headsets not discovered

My bluetooth headset works most of the time as hidden (it's the headset
that initiates connections and it's only visible for 10 or so seconds
after turning on) so module-bluetooth-discover doesn't discover it.
The best solution would probably be to query bluez for associated audio
devices and ping them every now and then to see if they came up.
The module should also query (probably more often) already discovered, but
suspended devices, if they're still available.
