#494: pavucontrol's configure script doesn't check for a recent enough

When trying to compile (after configure being successful) pavucontrol from
git master, it failed due to CA_PROP_CANBERRA_ENABLE not being defined.
Debian Lenny has libcanberra 0.3, so I had to install newer libcanberra
from source.
