#652: pulseaudio does not compile with xextproto >= 7.1

In xextproto-7.1.0 and higher, XTest.h has been split into xtestproto.h
and xtestconst.h (if I recall correctly), so pulseaudio fails to build.
Specifically, this is the error I get:
modules/x11/module-x11-cork-request.c:32:34: error:
X11/extensions/XTest.h: No such file or directory
