Aman, It appears as if the pre-combined independent vowels are not being used. For example:
ੲ + ੇ ੲ + ੀ Please can we change the mapping files to use the combined independent vowels? The Unicode standard in 5.0 specifically says these should be used, so Pango/ICU will soon also show dotted circles in these circumstances.
