It would be nice to have an upgrade guide when a new release comes out.
Right now I'm looking at moving from 0.23 to 0.24 and quite a few things
have changed (syntax differences, node_terminus, environment, etc.) It
would be helpful to have an UPGRADE file for each version that comes out
if something has changed.
