Ie, I want my logging configuration to be the first thing applied before anything else so that the rest of the setup of a new machine is logged exactly how I want it. Other people want their yum repos to be set up before anything else. Currently this is painful to try to work around. I don't think even before * would do the trick (if such a thing were possible) because you may want logging and yum repos to be set up before anything else, but if both have before *, then which one comes first???
