Bug #2109: ParsedFile providers don't return any instances if accessing the
default target fails
http://projects.reductivelabs.com/issues/2109

Author: egerlach
Status: Accepted
Priority: Normal
Assigned to:
Category: plumbing
Target version:
Complexity: Unknown
Affected version: 0.24.7
Keywords:

When using a ParsedFile provider, and you have:

resources { resource_type: purge => true }

and the default target (or any target I suppose) isn't accessible, the entire
provider aborts processing, throwing an exception, instead of handling it and
trying other targets in prefetch_all_targets.
