These tests are significantly slower. Rob Browning has done some research on this and believes the problem to be in unnecessary migrations and databases drops. We have database fixtures that run on every test, even if the test does use the database. This ticket is for getting our tests to run faster by minimizing this setup work and getting smarter about how we run these migrations/database drops/recreates.
