Environment Agent: Windows Server 2012 R2 (SUT) Reproduction Steps Install [Puppet Agent|] on SUT. Create the manifest "C:\test.pp" on the SUT with the following content: group { 'GroupwithUmlautä': ensure => 'present', members => ['Administrator'], } Execute the following command on the SUT: puppet apply c:\test.pp Open computer management and navigate to the local "Groups" folder. Expect The group "GroupwithUmlautä" should exist and contain the member "Administrator". Actual The group does not exist and instead a group "GroupwithUmlaut├ñ" with corrupted characters is present.
