David: MANY THANKS! I really appreciate you reporting this (and all the other things). I saw this ticket early in the morning and was able to trace this down to a serious server-side problem. We've resolved this and the `pmt install ripienaar-concat` and `pmt install ripienaar/concat` commands and the "Download" links work again as intended. Now that this big problem is resolved, I'm reducing this ticket to a lower-priority one of making sure the "search" command provides instructions on how to install something that was found.
