Issue #4177 has been updated by James Turnbull. Tracker changed from Bug to Feature Status changed from Unreviewed to Accepted
---------------------------------------- Feature #4177: parseonly cannot parse multiple files http://projects.puppetlabs.com/issues/4177 Author: Peter Meier Status: Accepted Priority: Normal Assigned to: Category: Target version: Affected version: 0.25.5 Keywords: Branch: Currently if we pass more than one file to parseonly and in one of the files there is a parse error, no error is reported. It would be nice if parseonly would report parseerrors on multiple files. Example: <pre> puppet --parseonly goodfile1.pp badfile.pp goodfile2.pp </pre> Passes, while badfile.pp has an error. Parsong badfile alone, works perfectly. -- You have received this notification because you have either subscribed to it, or are involved in it.
