Maybe I'm missing something, but it looks to me like any providers that use the parsedfile library will always backup files to the default filebucket, and that it's not configurable, not even to disable it, and that this has been a long-standing limitation of that system. I think I'm forced to bump this bug, as it stands, out of the 2.6 cycle.
