How does bolt determine what {{Boltdir}} to use? How and when should user use the different types of Boltdir   - User specific default project directory. Do this if you want to use the same bolt code all the time.   - Project directory with {{bolt.yaml}} at the top level . Do this if you want to check out and share bolt code or have different environments(ugh) of bolt code to use. This also allows you to add a {{bolt.yaml}} file to a control repo and run bolt from it.   - embedded {{Boltdir}} in another project.   Do this if you want to keep bolt code in the same repository as your application code.
