Garrett Guillotte commented on PUP-7113   Re: Implement forcelocal in AIX providers Josh Cooper I'd love a fix in the provider, but I would be happy with dev providing any help necessary to get the workaround into the parts of the Puppet code generated for product documentation. https://puppet.com/docs/puppet/latest/types/user.html#user-attribute-ia_load_module can use this as an example of that setting's functionality, and https://puppet.com/docs/puppet/latest/types/user.html#user-attribute-forcelocal specifies that it "Requires features libuser" which is meaningless to customers without the context that libuser is platform-specific.
