Issue #7833 has been updated by Daniel Pittman.
The wrapping of text in the summary comes from the code that generates the synopsis, which works to wrap at 78 characters; with the extra '<hosts>' text that flows over that limit. I am not clear why it wraps to *two* extra lines, but the overall wrapping is more or less "machine generated".
