This is just what I needed but never knew about. A bit of confusion between
notice($msg) and notify{$msg:} -- now to change all my manifests to use the
latter. Thanks for the clarification...

When running 'puppet agent -t' it would be very helpful for notice("xxx")
messages in the manifest to be printed. Currently they are only shown in the
puppet master logs and reports.
Can we have notice() (and error(), etc) messages printed in the 'puppet agent
-t' output?
I'm not sure if this is a bug or a new feature request.
